Terms for using Booked Plugin Store.

1. Who we are

Booked Plugin Store is operated by Networkr. We provide independent tools and services for exporting data from WordPress websites that use the Booked Appointments Plugin.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the original Booked Appointments Plugin authors.

2. Products and services

We offer two main purchase options:

• CSV Exporter Plugin: a self-service WordPress plugin for exporting Booked Appointments Plugin data.
• Done-for-you Export Service: a manual service where we coordinate with you to perform the export.

These tools are designed for export and recovery purposes. They are not a replacement booking system and do not automatically migrate your data into another platform.

3. License delivery

Plugin license keys are generated after payment and sent to the email address used during checkout.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address. If you do not receive your license email, contact us through WhatsApp so we can help verify the order and resend the license when appropriate.

4. License use

Unless stated otherwise, each plugin license is intended for one domain activation.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense or provide the plugin files or license key to third parties.

We may deactivate a license if we detect abuse, unauthorized redistribution, chargeback fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.

5. Compatibility

The CSV Exporter Plugin is built for WordPress websites that already contain appointment data from the Booked Appointments Plugin.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, hosting environment, custom database modification, security plugin, cache system or third-party customization.

If you are unsure whether your site is compatible, contact us before purchasing.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your website before installing or using any plugin.
• Confirming that your site uses the Booked Appointments Plugin.
• Providing accurate checkout and contact information.
• Using the plugin only on websites you own or are authorized to manage.
• Reviewing exported CSV files before using them for migration or business decisions.

7. Data export limitations

The plugin is intended to help export appointment-related data into CSV format. The structure, completeness and quality of the exported data may depend on how the original site stored its data, including custom fields, plugin version, database condition and past modifications.

We do not guarantee that every possible custom setup can be exported perfectly without adjustment.

8. Done-for-you service

The done-for-you export service may require coordination, temporary access, files, database exports or other information from you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to share any access or data needed for the service.

The service includes export assistance only, unless another scope is agreed separately in writing.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal or the available payment method shown at checkout.

We do not store your banking details, card numbers or PayPal login credentials.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Because the plugin is a digital product delivered by email, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once the license has been delivered or used.

11. Support

Support is provided primarily through WhatsApp. We do our best to respond and help with license, checkout or export-related questions.

Support does not include custom development, full migrations, unrelated WordPress troubleshooting, server administration or fixing third-party plugins unless agreed separately.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use our products or services to:

• Access, export or process data you are not authorized to manage.
• Resell or redistribute the plugin or license key.
• Reverse engineer, clone or publish the plugin as your own product.
• Attempt to bypass license validation or activation limits.
• Use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

13. Intellectual property

The website, branding, plugin code, documentation, text, design and related materials provided by Booked Plugin Store are owned by Networkr or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated.

The name “Booked Appointments Plugin” is used only to identify compatibility with the original third-party plugin.

14. No guarantee of business outcome

We provide export tools and services, but we do not guarantee a specific business outcome, migration success, revenue result, platform compatibility or operational result after using the exported CSV files.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booked Plugin Store and Networkr are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including loss of data, profits, revenue, customers or website availability.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific product or service.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the website, plugin or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
