Refunds for digital products and export services.
This policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Booked Plugin Store, including the CSV Exporter Plugin and the done-for-you export service.
1. Digital products
The CSV Exporter Plugin is a digital product. After purchase, the plugin license key is sent by email to the address used during checkout.
Because digital products can be accessed and used immediately after delivery, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once the license has been delivered.
2. When a refund may be approved
We may approve a refund for the plugin if:
- The license key was not delivered by email and we are unable to resend it.
- The plugin cannot be activated due to an issue on our side.
- The plugin does not work as described and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix.
- You purchased the wrong option and contact us before using the license.
3. When a refund may be declined
A refund may be declined if:
- The license was delivered and activated successfully.
- The plugin was used to export data successfully.
- The issue is caused by a third-party plugin, theme, server limitation or unsupported WordPress setup.
- You expected the plugin to migrate data automatically into another booking system.
- You purchased the plugin for a site that does not use the Booked Appointments Plugin.
- You changed your mind after receiving and using the digital product.
4. Done-for-you export service
The done-for-you export service is a manual service where we coordinate with you to export appointment data from a legacy Booked Appointments Plugin site.
If you request a cancellation before work has started, we may issue a full or partial refund.
Once work has started, a refund may be partial or unavailable depending on the time already spent, access reviewed, technical checks performed, or files prepared.
5. No physical returns
We do not ship physical goods. There are no physical returns for purchases made through this website.
6. Compatibility expectations
The plugin is designed for WordPress sites with existing data from the Booked Appointments Plugin. It is not a replacement booking system and does not automatically migrate your data into another platform.

7. License deactivation after refund
If a refund is approved, the related license key may be deactivated. After deactivation, the plugin may no longer be available for use with that license.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through WhatsApp and include:
- Your order number, if available.
- The email address used during checkout.
- The product or service purchased.
- A short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for additional details to verify the order or troubleshoot the issue.
9. Processing time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on PayPal, your bank or payment provider.

Booked Plugin Store is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original Booked Appointments Plugin authors.
